Welcome to INTUC. By accessing this website and making a donation/membership payment, you agree
to comply with the following terms:
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the refund
policy.
- Membership fees are for the specified duration ( Yearly / Life ) and provide access to
member benefits as described.
- We reserve the right to terminate membership if any member is found violating the
organization\'s code of conduct.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use your data:
- Data Collection: We collect Name, Email, Phone, Address, and Photo for
membership identification purposes.
- Usage: Your data is used uniquely for generating ID cards, maintaining
member records, and communication regarding union activities.
- Sharing: We do NOT share your personal data with third parties, except for
payment processing (Razorpay).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy regarding refunds is as follows:
- Donations: Donations once made cannot be refunded.
- Membership Fees: If you have made a duplicate payment or paid a membership
fee by mistake, please contact us at info@intuc.net.in within 7 days for a refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business
days back to the source method.
